Becoming a partner
is simple:

  1. Reach out to set up a meeting so we can learn about your needs or goals.

  2. We’ll co-design a plan: defining outcomes (skills, certifications, hours, etc.), how we’ll support you (funding, tools, outreach), and what roles each side plays.

  3. We implement together — recruiting students, providing resources, coordinating logistics.

  4. We follow up: share results, stories, feedback, photos; talk about continuous improvement.

Friday Night Live Leadership Training

Friday Night Live (FNL) is California’s statewide youth leadership and prevention program empowering students to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and promote healthy, substance-free lifestyles.

With SiskiyouWorks managing 8 local Friday Night Live chapters across the county, students partner with adult mentors to lead community projects, strengthen their voices, and make a positive impact in their schools and neighborhoods. Through hands-on leadership and service, participants gain the communication, teamwork, and civic engagement skills that prepare them for future education, careers, and community leadership.

If you’re an employer, educator, or community organization interested in helping shape the future workforce—or offering skills-building opportunities—let’s connect.
